Michael Mollenhauer has spent 10 of the past 30 years of his advertising, marketing and sales career in Executive level positions ranging from Director of Sales/Marketing and Internet Services to President of three advertising/marketing companies. Mr. Mollenhauer currently serves as President of 1to1Network, LLC, which provides advertising and marketing solutions to corporate market and President of Mollenhauer Guitars, a Southern California based boutique guitar company. Michael is the the Author of three Books: "How To Grow Your Business In A Declining Market" - "How To Write Real Estate Ads That Sell" and "10 Ways To More Effective Ads". He  is a highly sought after Seminar Presenter and Key Note speaker on the subjects of advertising and marketing.

Craig Mecham - Creative Director; Spokane, WA affiliate office

J. Craig Mecham, Creative Director for 1to1Network, has worked in marketing, advertising and public relations for the past 28 years and is President of our 1to1Network affiliate office, The Mecham Company. He has served as outside marketing counsel for world-wide corporations in markets as diverse as high technology, aluminum, aviation, mining and entertainment. He has also held corporate staff positions in health care and high technology companies. He has received numerous awards for advertising creativity and effectiveness and also earned the PRSA Silver Anvil award for his work on an internal safety program for Anaconda Copper's Carr Fork Mine.

Shawn Mollenhauer - Musicologist

Shawn creates all the musical score composition and arrangements for 1to1Network clients. Shawn is a Ph.D. Candidate in Ethnomusicology. Shawn also studied film scoring and jazz at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He has received faculty awards for choral conducting, and research in music history.
